Le Meridien Hotels created "The Eclair Diares", which is  a culinary adventure series with celebrity pastry chef, Johnny Iuzzuni, who is on the hunt for the next inspired éclair recipe.

We traveled across the world to vastly differnt culinary meccas in search of inspiration & ingredience. Along the way, we met with local chefs, farmers, food providers, restaurateurs, mixologists, sharing stories, tips and delicious food.
